[Voyage-linux] nocatsplash removal

Hi,

Yes, it has once been removed.  nocatsplash is never in debian repos but in voyage repos for a long time.  You should 
consider yourself lucky if you had been using it and it works.  Honestly, I have no intention to maintain it anymore, 
and its glib1.2 dependency is also outdated for a long time.

But now I bring it back.  Point to experimental repository and you will see it there.   Try it to see if it works.
