Nowhere, I just tried! It says that "madwifi" driver is not valid (or
something like that). Reading through Debian changelogs, I now know
it was removed from Debian:
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/h/hostapd/hostapd_0.7.3-2/changelog
On 0.7.2-2:
* disable madwifi driver
- remove debian/driver_madwifi
- disable madwifi driver in debian/config/linux

Now, the thing is: the reason: what is the reason behind this? but I
guess it would be a question for Debian mailing list. Nevertheless,
voyage 0.7.0 README file assumes madwifi support is there on the
included hostapd.conf example.
I switched to ath5k driver (from madwifi), and it looks ok.
