[Voyage-linux] Captive Portal

Hi Laszlo,

Try adding -b in the under "start)" session in /etc/init.d/nocatsplash

start-stop-daemon -b --start --pidfile /var/run/$NAME.pid \
                 --exec $DAEMON -- $DAEMON_OPTS
