[Voyage-linux] Best approach to build customized voyage linux images

>From the Voyage SDK distribution, I understood you could have an
installation of voyage linux, let's say in VirtualBox, and from there:
1) Add required software
2) Add configuration

Once the system was ready the SDK provided tools to create the image for a
working system that could later on be written onto a CF.
That interested me as it decouples the development of the distro with
the writing of CF's.

I installed the SDK but I couldn't find the tools described in some wiki
documents, I guessed that was deprecated that's why I asked.
