[Voyage-linux] 6RD support for version 0.8.0

I'd like to second this. 
There are quite a few ISPs in Europe who are going to deploy IPv6 with
6RD on xDSL links (until they have their infrastructure updated for real
native v6). 
Due to voyage linux being used on a lot of routers, it would be cool
not to have to use a custom built kernel.
