[Voyage-linux] problems with serial console in ALIX 3D2 and 0.8.0 Voyage Linux

Hi All,

I just did a fresh install of 0.8.0 on an ALIX 3D2 board and I am having
problems with the serial console. It works OK when the board boots, showing
all messages until the OS boots, when it stops working: it just shows
garbage. The last message I am able to see is a grub startup message.

During the installation I selected the serial console option, therefore it
should be working. I know it's not a problem with my serial connection
because the ALIX boot messages do appear with a 38400 N 1 configuration.

Any hints on what might be happening?
