[Voyage-linux] ntp on ALIX

For voyage 0.7.5, you may need to disable these scripts:

     /etc/network/if-up.d/ntpdate
     /etc/dhcp/dhclient-exit-hooks.d/ntpdate
     /etc/dhcp/dhclient-exit-hooks.d/ntp
