[Voyage-linux] Phpmyadmin does not work on unless remountrw

I used this but had to add /var/lib/php5 to /etc/default/voyage-utils
below is the resulting line;
VOYAGE_RW_DIRS="var/lib/php5 var/cache/nscd var/lib/ntp"
