[Voyage-linux] ntp does not start on reboot - hwclock does not have usable clock interface

2d3 has no bios battery and won't keep times over reboots. Alix 2d13 is
almost identical but has a bios battery. I switched to those for that
reason.

This is because the time difference is to high. Either run ntpdate to
specific servers after bootup or add the '-g' option to ntpd, prbably
best in /etc/default/ntp
