Hello
Noticed a problem with voyage-0.8 and hostapd version 1:0.7.3-2
If you take down the interface with ifdown wlan0 hostap will be killed
but log messages still are logged from hostapd. Process has gone away in
process table (/proc) but process seems still running.
So how is this possible?
Example of messages after "stopped" hostapd daemon

I wanted to restart hostapd with; ifdown wlan0,ifup wlan0
Process if killed and restarted but it seems that hostapd is still
runnin but process is not displayed.
I add a new client PSK in my file and after restarting the client is
still no recognized (becuause of the problem described above)
Not even a destroy of the interface (with iw wlano del) does stop the
logging of hostapd messages...
Only reboot does work...
In voyage 0.7.5 this works fine with hostapd-1:0.7.3-1
Seems to me like a kernel 3.0.0 problem or is there an update of hostapd
which solves this problem?
Anybody having same issues??
Greetings
Beat
