[Voyage-linux] Shared libraries problem

A lot of "error while loading shared libraries: <library name>: cannot 
open shared object file: No such file or directory" messages appear when 
executing some programs I wrote. The problem started after I had 
performed "e2fsck -yvf /dev/hda1" in which I think '-y' wasn't a good 
option...

Is there a way to fix the problem? How can I restore my libraries? 
ldconfig does not mean to solve it.
