[Voyage-linux] RFC: DSD support in Voyage MPD

Hi all,

I talked to a local customer and there is some interest in DSD playback (e.g .dsd, .dff files, etc.) using MPD.  There 
was some successful stories from Japanese guru as well.

My concern is:
1. Will DSD be a trend in CAS in near future?
2. What hardware is needed to play DSD stream?
3. There seems to be two ways in DSD playback.
     a) Having MPD to translate DSD to PCM;
     b) DSD native which requires a DAC to support DSD.

Let's share your thoughts on DSD support in (Voyage) MPD.
