Sorry for that, my idea was to ask about extlinux, but re-reading the
documentation it seems that this method is not even well tested, so I suppose
I'll just order a bigger compact flash. :)

Yes, the thing is that my experience with VL is old, I have version 0.4 or older
installed, on a 120MB cf.
