[Voyage-linux] SDK - Customize

Hi All

i think i have a misunderstanding of the SDK concept. i am trying to
create a custom voyage build for pc engines alix boards and i thought
that i can just install the live-build package on my ubuntu system, and
than do a
 svn co http://svn.voyage.hk/repos/voyage/trunk/voyage-live
 cd voyage-live
 ./build.sh tar
and the created .tar.bz2 file will be the same as i can download from
http://linux.voyage.hk/download

is that right or isn't it supposed to be like that?
i could successfully build the image and copy & run it from an CF card
on an alix board, but if i for example check the /var/lib directory,
than in my build all directory are rwx------, but a normal debian
installation, and also the original voyage-0.8.0.tar.bz2 has the
permissions like rwxr-xr-x. i run into that problem because the dnsmasq
daemon on my build somehow doesn't work properly.

i hope somebody can shed some light on that topic :-)

thanks

greets
 KoS
