ok here are the following staps I took to get a usb bootable thumbdrive
with voyage
this was dove using a vmware.
1) load vmware
2) make a new system drive size 4 gig
3) choose the voyage-0.8.0 iso as install media
4) boot up voyage
5) plug in the usbdrive make sure you see it as sdb
6) fdisk the drive new > primary > 1 > use the full disk > w >quit
7) mkfs.ext2 /dev/sdb1 > tune2fs -r 0 -c 0 /dev/sdb1
8) voyage.update and follow the steps and install the software onto your
usb drive
9) when done rebooted my already working voyage-fusionpbx vm session
10 ) re do steps 7,8,9
this made a bootable usb img of my install .
I nam willing to donate the 50 bucks I have to help me get a iso done of
this . on my working system so that I can update and generate new iso
but the documents do not eexplain what dir to cp and so forth. SO at the
same time I would liek to document a full iso build so that others in
the future dont have the issue of not knowing how to make a voyage iso.
also we need to find out why 0.8.0 is not writing out grub properly .
execpt when from a iso to usb/other drive.
Why is it now writing out from existing bootable vm images, it should .
