[Voyage-linux] cannot install locales

Try apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade first. I'd guess your libc will
be updated. Don't forget to 'remountrw' before installing.

These are only warnings. If you want to get rid of them the quick way:
export LANG=C LC_ALL=C
apt-get...
> I cannot install nano until locale is installed.
I seriously doubt this is the real problem.
