[Voyage-linux] Linux deb source 3.0

Hi Mike,

I use:
# make-kpkg --revision=10.0-1 --append-to-version "-voyage" kernel-image --initrd --rootcmd fakeroot
to build 3.0.0 kernel.

I will add btrfs to next kernel release.
