[Voyage-linux] How to identify /dev/videoX ?

Hello I`ve different types of webcam:
1. bttv cctv webcams conncted to DVR card
2. usb cam

All those cams are identify as: /dev/video1 and /dev/video0, but it`s depend
on which one start first.
So is it possibilities to identify strictly like that:

1. bttv cam -> video0
2. usb cam -> video1

How to set it?
