[Voyage-linux] issues with usb installs.

Steps taken.

1) boot VM
2) login and remountrw
3) mkdir /mnt/cf
4) voyage.update and answer for the mount /
    for the system its generic x86
5) i tell for option6 to reformat and configure the drive
6) option 7 it cp's the files skipping those dir .
7) option 8 to exit when finished

fairly simple. and it should during the cp just cp the whole
/usr/local/freeswitch and the usr/share/nginx/www/fusionpbx  and I dont
see why its not.
