[Voyage-linux] Frequently changing directories in voyage.0.8.0?

Hi:

1) Could anyone suggest me the frequently changing (rewritten)
directories in voyage besides /etc, /home and /var, /tmp and /usr and
swap?

Actually, I would like to move the frequently rewritten directories to
an HDD to save the life of the CF/USB disk.

2) In case I move the frequently rewritten directories to an HDD, what
is the "voyage way" to resync them with the voyage installed in CF/USB
disk?
