[Voyage-linux] IP addressing issues

There are so many possible variables, you will have to narrow it down a
little.

Are these hosts on the same switch or VLAN?  Are there any firewalls
configured?  Are there any routers in between?  Are there tunnels or VPNs
involved?  Have you use traceroute (or even better mtr) to see where the
failure occurs?
