I have this problem as well . The boot-up goes well for the most part, but as
soon as it starts DNSmasq and SSHD it will just reset itself and repeat the boot
procedure. 

I have been running 0.8.0 on some Soekris 4501 boxes and these run just fine.

I installed these boxes(4501's and 4801) through the live ISO image in a VM with
PXE(default option) as I found it's the only way that actually works without any
problems(for the 4501's atleast).
