[Voyage-linux] Xorg fails to start

Hi, I'm using
2.6.38-voyage #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Jun 24 01:46:28 GMT 2011 i586 GNU/Linux

I run a Xorg session from crontab (@reboot).

Sometime it doesn't start and I find
  XKB: Failed to compile keymap
inside /etc/X11/Xorg.0.log

I found out that it has something to do with disk full
