[Voyage-linux] ok there is a issue with the 0.9-rc1

doing a apt-get update apt-get upgrade it tried to reinstall the 3.4.4 
kernel and then fails.

and then any time you run a update there after it complains about the 
failed pkg.

Errors were encountered while processing:
