Hi,

You can add in your /etc/dhcp/dhcpclient.conf a line like this :
prepend domain-name-servers ww.xx.yy.zz;
Don't forget the semi-colon!

If you want to use your Alix board as a router, you can bridge your freebox like this :
http://fb-revolution.fr/page130.html
then configure PPP, iptables (with NAT) and DNSMasq (on eth1).
