@Teco: Debian Stable (-> Wheezy) has kernel 3.2.0-4
The kernel you mention above is from wheezy's Backports repo which is
(roughly) Debian testing backported to Wheezy but without intensive
testing (as all software in the backports repos)

@Punky: Debian stable == Wheezy, Debian Squeeze -> Oldstable with kernel
2.6.32 (if not from backports of Squeeze)
