Hi,
I would be grateful for your thoughts about the best way to solve this
task:-
I have Voyage mpd working well on a Cubieboard2, with a local Sata drive as
the music database.
I keep all my music archived on a big NAS, running Openmediavault, and
occasionally I add new music files to the NAS archive. Because the NAS is
very power hungry, I only run it when it is needed,
What I would like to do is on Cubieboard bootup, to have the Voyage mpd
automatically check to see if the NAS is working, then either:-
1) If the NAS is running, the voyage mpd syncs the local SATA disk Music
folder to the NAS Music folder , then continues as a player.
2) If the NAS is not available, then the Cubieboard continues as a normal
mpd player using the existing Music folders on the Sata drive.
any help gratefully received
regards
P
