[Voyage-linux] directory permissions wrong on voyage-sync

update: it did NOT work. after a second reboot, the changes have been
lost again :-(

i can change the owner of the directory and the change stays persistent.
but the permissions are ignored or being reverted after reboot :-(

any idea?
