[Voyage-linux] problem with date alix

hi, current time is +1hod

root at oscam:~# cat /etc/timezone
Europe/Bratislava

root at oscam:~# date
Fri Mar 22 18:32:04 UTC 2013

if i set it to correct time with

date 032219322013

root at oscam:~# date
Fri Mar 22 19:32:01 UTC 2013

and do ntpdate or reboot, it revert back

root at oscam:~# ntpdate tik.cesnet.cz
22 Mar 18:34:05 ntpdate[12418]: step time server 195.113.144.201 offset 
-3503.609381 sec

i have

root at oscam:~# uname -a
Linux oscam 3.6.9-voyage #1 SMP Tue Dec 11 09:53:27 HKT 2012 i586 GNU/Linux

im helpless can somebody help me?
