[Voyage-linux] Install packages in specific directory/on specific block device

Hi All,

I have running an Alix board using voyage 0.9 just running fine. Additionally I mounted an iSCSI volume for applications requiring rw access. As I'm not so familiar with debian - is there an easy way to tell the installer (apt-get or any other) to install the packages in a specific location and only doing symlinks in /usr/bin etc?
