[Voyage-linux] error during create sd card for cubiboard

Hello,
i tried to follow the manual procedure step by step and use sudo in the cmd
which need root permission so far i can get to the extract the root file
system step.
i downloaded the xz file by curl and then untar it to the sd card but i
cannot figure out how to make it work
sudo tar --numeric-owner -Jxf - -C ./voyage-mubox-current.tar.xz /mnt/cf
there is nothing happen of above cmd.
any help?
