[Voyage-linux] Installing Voyage on SDHC card /dev/mmcblk0

Hi,

Voyage installation scripts (voyage-install.sh, setboot.sh) need tuning to be 
able to install Voyage on SDHC cards connected over PCMCIA (e.g. built-in 
card reader in laptop) which are recognized as /dev/mmcblk0 etc. and the 
containing partitions as /dev/mmcblk0p1 etc.
