[Voyage-linux] root directory deleted

Hi all !
thank you for support this project!
i noticed a bad thing happens.
In a fresh intallation over an alix board, i created /testdir directory and
addedd it as "testdir/" to VOYAGE_SYNC_DIRS variable.
when i've issued reboot command the sync-script (presumably) starts to rsync
root fs deleting *all* !
i have then unplugged the DC power but / was almost deleted.
what i did wrong ?
