[Voyage-linux] asterisk+usb isdn modem

hello everyone.

I would like to use asterisk and an isdn modem in voyage.
I have seen that it requires misdn, misdnuser and lcr.
the modem is the dlink usb du128ta+.
i am using voyage 0.9.2 and i am failing to install asterisk and misdn from
source. is there a guide on how to install them to the system?
