[Voyage-linux] Set repo tags in Voyage repository 'Release' files

Hi *

in order to be able to pin packages to certain repositories, the
repositories need to be identifiable via tags like 'Archive',
'Component', 'Origin' or 'Label'. See

   https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/repository-howto/repository-howto

It looks like the Voyage repositories don't have any of these set yet.
Maybe that could be improved?

PS: i still managed to get pinning working, but i had to use different
mirrors for the normal and the experimental repo so i could refer to the
URL hostnames (instead of the repo metadata). E.g.


/etc/apt/sources.list.d/voyage.list
  deb  http://uk.voyage.hk/dists/0.9  ./
  deb  http://de.voyage.hk/dists/experimental  ./


/etc/apt/preferences.d/01-pinning:
  Package: *
  Pin: origin de.voyage.hk
  Pin-Priority: 300

  Package: Package: voyage-util
  Pin: origin de.voyage.hk
  Pin-Priority: 700
