[Voyage-linux] add a folder to persistent

I forgot to mention my changes:
root at voyage:/etc/default# vi voyage-util

VOYAGE_SYNC_DIRS="/var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv"
VOYAGE_SYNC_RECOVER="YES"
VOYAGE_SYNC_RECOVER_DIRS="/var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv"
VOYAGE_RW_DIRS="/var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv"
VOYAGE_SAVE_DATE_TIME="YES"

but still after a reboot the file Master.csv is gone.
