[Voyage-linux] Build Script Broken for .img Target

Hi Lee,

img target is never used today.  Voyage Linux tarball and live cd ISO 
are generated by "tar" and "iso" respectively.

Send us patch of build.sh for generating usb-hdd live image is always 
welcome.
