[Voyage-linux] Voyage on 256M CF?

Hi,
Im trying to get a new life for my old Alix 2d but I only have a bunch of 256M CF cards. I've been trying to install Voyage 11.0 via PXE boot but is seems 256M CF is too small now a days? If yes is there any way around this or what is the smallest CF card supprted?
I have a old Voyage installation running on a 256M so at least it was possible a "few" years back :-)
I choose the automated install (Option 3) from Voyage Live CD pxe boot. Here is the output during boot/install process:

Successfully wrote the new partition table
Re-reading the partition table ...
sfdisk: If you created or changed a DOS partition, /dev/foo7, say, then use dd(1)
to zero the first 512 bytes: dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/foo7 bs=512 count=1
