Hi all,

On a similar note.. this may be completely impossible, but does anyone
know of an app that is able to auto configure an internet connection if
it requires a static IP.
EG, there is no user to specify the internet connection variables and
the app is able to work those out based on some sort of nmap scan or
something.

Thanks,
If the cable to this router is not pluged in the connection fails.
Is it possible to plug in the cable later an then Voyage Linux

I noticed that pump makes the DHCP connection.
But pump is only executable as root.
How is it possible to make a pump from a user program if the DHCP connection
is not available?
And if pump fails to set a timeoutvalue for this function...?
