Hi Max,

My analysis is still not conclusive.
Before you switch to 0.5.2, try "ifup eth0" to see if you can bring up eth0 and function properly.

Hi Punky,

After seing the result of ifconfig, i also had some suspicion about DHCP. But then, earlier today (about 4h ago) I booted the very same box with Voyage 0.5.2, in the very same position, with the very same ethernet cable, connected to the very same router. And i tried booting the 0.6.1 version at least twice. I thus, doubt that it is a DHCP problem. But if you want me to, i can try to boot again with 0.5.2.

Maybe it would be easier to start from Voyage 0.5.2? I couldn't figure out how to customize it though.

Cheers,
Max.
Hi Max,

that eth0 is not started or failed in getting DHCP lease?

Something a bit strange is that eth0 should use IRQ15 but I can't
find it in /proc/interrupts.
Hi Punky,

Attached are three documents with the result of each of these
commands.

Ad Sean: curious to know which version of Voyage are you
running? I've never tried the CF because my notebook doesn't
support one.

Thanks again,
Hi Max,

I see r6040 driver is loaded via udev. Please show me the
output
of the following:
1. lspci -v
2. ifconfig -a
3. cat /proc/interrupts
