Hello,<br><br>I received my first Alix 2D2 board last Monday, and have been experimenting a bit  with voyage-mpd during the last couple of days. Given the fact that I'm a Fedora user and don't have much experience with Debian, the installation and configuration went rather well.<br>
<br>I had a few problems, of which the most annoying was the fact that gapless playing didn't work as it should. Most of the time, there were no gaps when playing FLAC files, but every now and then there was. I think I tried every possible option in mpd.conf, and I've done an update and upgrade. Without any effect. <br>
So at the end, I removed mpd and installed version 0.15.12 and gapless FLAC just works fine now. I wonder if there's anyone else who has problems with playing gapless FLAC with mpd 0.16-alpha2<br><br>I also wonder if it wouldn't be a good idea to enable the parameter<br>
<br>    mixer_type    "software" <br><br>in mpd.conf by default. It took me a long time to find out how to get the volume control working, which is necessary I think to get the crossfading function working.<br><br>
Another thing that took me some time in finding out was the "export LANG=C" command that I had to enter in order to  be able to install voyage on the CF card.<br> <br>But all in all, I think voyage is really nice!<br>
