You should not be updating the platform once you've validated it. That road leads to having inconsistent software deployed. The validation process needs to be long and thorough, not just "I downloaded something someone said was stable." That road leads to "Why aren't my devices working?"<br></div><div><br></div><div>The problem with relying on an outside source is that the LTS version they are providing may not meet your specific needs. Now you're back to having a custom release all over again. So much for LTS ...<br></div><div><br></div><div>My products in the field are starting to reach 2 years of age.
