I've managed easily to create a swap file on the SD, the problem is that looking at the memory use (using TOP command) even with the swap file active the system uses only ram, not even a byte of the swap. Hi all, I'm having problems rebuilding the database on my alix after reinstalling voyage-mpd-0.9.2 (but the same problem was present before), probably due to low ram. It starts regularly with the update but after few minutes mpd crashes.<br>
I've tried to add a swapfile but the kernel is ignoring it and it's not used, anyone knows how can I temporarily force mpd to run on a swap file? I'm a noob on linux.<br>
