[Voyage-linux] debootstrap & modules not working

Hello all,

We are successfully building a custom distro with the debootstrap
script, but found the the voyage-install tree is missing all the modules
upon completion.  /lib/modules is empty.

We copied them from the standard voyage-install, but it is still not
loading modules.  A simple lsmod gives

voyage:/lib/modules/2.6.8-486-voyage# lsmod
Module                  Size  Used by    Not tainted
lsmod: QM_MODULES: Function not implemented

on the freshly made system.

Is this an oversight, or are we doing something incorrect in the build
process?
