Don't really understand:
- the patch in http://www.voyage.hk/download/kernel_patch/2.6/wd1100_2.6.patch already have the
following lines:
+MODULE_LICENSE("GPL");
+MODULE_AUTHOR("Mark Grosberg <markg at inprimis.com> and Rolando Goldman <rolandog at inprimis.com>");
+MODULE_DESCRIPTION("National Semiconductor SC1x00 CPU watchdog driver");
+MODULE_ALIAS_MISCDEV(WATCHDOG_MINOR);
Doesn't it do the job? Moreover, are you using the 2.6.12 kernel that built by yourself?
