[Voyage-linux] Semi OT Package Repo

Does anybody know if it is possible to set up a repository for voyage on
a red hat machine?

I have a server that is under utilized now and I want to be able to make
my own apt repo on it. But it is a red hat box so I don't know if it
will work with debian packages. I am rather new to setting up a package
repo.

Any thoughts? Does somebody have some documentation to get me started?
Google has been really unhelpful.
