I had been searching for net45xx watchdog driver for 2.6 kernel a
while long, but no avail. There are some scXXXX watchdog drivers in
2.6, so the next thing is to see if the existing existing driver works
or not, kind of trial and error. If still don't work, I will try to
see how I can port the 2.4 patched driver to 2.6. Something what I
did for wd1100 driver.

Moreover, I recalled that there are some update of the scXXXX drivers
in 2.6.11/12 series, but I can't remember what it is patched for.
Please let me know if anybody knows it.

At the moment, I am working priminarily on wrap, so switching to
net45xx cost me some overhead.
