[Voyage-linux] Wiki Down??

Hi All

It would look like my Data Center is going to have more troubles, so
I've made the major decision of moving it all to a new Data Center in
Canberra (Australia).

This will result in:

1. An outage of about 8 to 10 hours sometime in the next 3 days.
2. No change to ip address as we have a portable ip address allocation.
3. Larger amounts of bandwidth available for the voyage project.

I had been planning to move every thing to the DC in Canberra in the
next few month so the process has been speedup and the only issue is the
outage will be longer than I wanted.
