[Voyage-linux] ifdown/ifup on ath0 causes WRAP to reboot - more

Also note that the problem occurred with a single CM9 or a single 
EMP8602, neither of which should challenge the power supply.

Can you comment on why I had to use the "up iwconfig..." to set power 
instead of the "wireless-tspower" option?
