[Voyage-linux] ifdown/ifup on ath0 causes WRAP to reboot

The system was ethernet only connected at the time so I couldn't see the
kernel messages. Will connect a console and see. This is a new WRAP
with 8 elcos, an 18v power supply directly connected and only 1 SR5 in
it. I would be surprised if this were power related. It's my
understanding the maximum load really only occurs when the radio is
actually txmitting.?
